These Terms of Service apply to cozyhugs.com, operated by Blue Meridian Corp d/b/a Cozy Hugs (“Cozy Hugs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from it. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived.
Two purchase paths
Cozy Hugs website checkout: a product that can be added to the Cozy Hugs cart may be purchased from Cozy Hugs, subject to order acceptance, availability, payment authorization, shipping eligibility, and these terms. Some website orders may be shipped through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). MCF is a logistics service for that Cozy Hugs order; it does not make the order an Amazon retail purchase. Questions, cancellations, returns, and refunds for the website order should begin with Cozy Hugs.
Amazon affiliate destination: a clearly labeled Amazon button takes you to a separate Amazon listing. A purchase completed there is between you and the seller identified through Amazon and is governed by the Amazon checkout, listing, and account terms. Amazon handles payment, shipping, tracking, cancellation, and returns for that purchase. It will not appear in your Cozy Hugs order history. As an Amazon Associate, Cozy Hugs earns from qualifying purchases.
Catalog information and MAP
We work to present accurate product names, identifiers, brands, attributes, images used with permission, availability, and fulfillment labels. Packaging, color, ingredients, dimensions, and manufacturer specifications may change. Read the current label and manufacturer instructions before use, and contact us if an important fact appears inconsistent.
For products subject to a verified minimum advertised price (MAP), Cozy Hugs uses the authorized MAP as an advertising floor and holds uncertain price-floor records for review rather than guessing. MAP is a minimum advertised price, not a promise that a price is the lowest available or will remain unchanged. Prices, promotions, availability, tax, and shipping may change before an order is accepted. We may correct an obvious data or pricing error and, when necessary, cancel and refund the affected website order.
Website orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment only confirms receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, failed payment, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inaccurate catalog data, MAP or authorization issues, or legal requirements. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will initiate a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method. Your bank or processor controls posting time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and account information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. You are responsible for applicable charges shown before submission, including tax and shipping where imposed.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Request an address change or cancellation promptly, but it may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Accounts and store programs
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, the site, or legal compliance.
Rewards, gift cards, subscriptions, discounts, and similar programs may have additional rules displayed when offered. They apply only to eligible Cozy Hugs website activity unless expressly stated. Amazon affiliate purchases do not earn Cozy Points or become Cozy Hugs subscription orders. Points and promotional value are not cash and may be corrected when an order is canceled, returned, refunded, duplicated, or associated with abuse. Gift-card cash redemption is available only where law requires.
Pet care and product use
Site content and product descriptions are general shopping information, not veterinary, medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Choose products appropriate for the animal, follow current labels and safety instructions, supervise use when appropriate, and consult a qualified professional about health concerns or uncertainty. Stop using a product and seek appropriate help if an adverse reaction or safety issue occurs.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security, submit malicious code or deceptive information, scrape protected or personal data, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict activity reasonably believed to threaten the site, customers, providers, or compliance.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Payment, carrier, distributor, fulfillment, newsletter, and external retail services may be governed by their own terms. Links do not transfer control of those services to Cozy Hugs. The Cozy Hugs site design, original text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Blue Meridian Corp. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or exploit protected material without authorization.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. To the extent permitted by law, Cozy Hugs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
